Orissa Stevedores Limited (OSL)
Orissa Stevedores Limited (OSL) has achieved excellence in stevedoring and cargo handling over its 35 years of existence. Established on 14th July 1978, OSL is headquartered in Cuttack and handles more than 35 million metric tons of cargo annually through state of art infrastructure and dedicated workforce of 7000 employees. Its core competencies include project cargo handling, custom house agency, steamer agency, mining, exports, ship owning & management.
OSL has prominent presence at almost all the major ports on the east coast of India. Today the company offers services like stevedoring, project cargo handling, C & F activities, container handling and freight forwarding among others at most of the ports along the east coast.
The group has interests in various other businesses like aviation, automobile dealerships, education, hospitality, real estate, and healthcare. Accordingly they have dealerships of automobile companies like Volvo, BMW, and Suzuki. They have also started the Delhi Public School (DPS) at Cuttack and have brought the luxury brand of Corneliani to India.
